I love this time of year! So many wonderful colours on the trees and the sun shining through them.
I’ll be posting a recipe as food is important for health but nature’s colours, warm sun do so much to make me feel good.
My favourite thing is to walk on the Downs and ‘breathe in’ the air and I open my eyes wide so that I can take a snapshot to keep in my mind when I want to feel good. It’s a great way of keeping the sunshine going on a rainy day too! Here’s some lovely photos of Bristol which Mark took this week on his way to work.
